How can I register for a personal account?
To register for a personal account, please contact elearning@ifs-certification.com.
I have forgotten my password. How do I receive a new password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one in the login area under ‘Forgotten password’.
How can I track my personal learning progress?
Your dashboard gives you an overview of your activities in the courses.In ‘My Courses’ you can see the your running courses and information about your learning progress.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance for completed courses?
Completed courses are automatically stored in your dashboard under ‘Completed Courses’. You can access them again at any time from there if necessary. In addition, you'll receive a certificate of attendance.
